Redemption Instructions

This gift card does not expire.

To redeem your Amazon.ca gift card:

1. Click the redemption link: Visit amazon.ca/gc/redeem to access the Amazon gift card redemption page.
2. Sign in to your Amazon account: If you're not already signed in, enter your Amazon account credentials to proceed.
3. Enter your gift card code: On the redemption page, enter the unique gift card code found on your Amazon.ca gift card. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it appears, including any dashes or spaces.
4. Click "Apply to your balance": Once you've entered the code, click on the "Apply to your balance" button. This will add the funds from your gift card to your Amazon Canada account.
5. Verify your identity if necessary: If you're using a new Amazon account without a linked credit/debit card, Amazon may request additional verification to ensure your identity. Follow the instructions provided by Amazon to complete the verification process.
6. Enjoy your Amazon shopping: Once the gift card funds have been added to your account, you can start shopping on Amazon.ca. The gift card balance will be automatically applied towards eligible purchases at checkout.

Important Note:

It's advisable not to use Amazon Canada gift cards on new Amazon Canada accounts without a credit/debit card added, as it may result in your account being locked until your identity can be verified. In these instances you should contact Amazon customer support.
