How to Redeem Your Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card:

In-Store Redemption:

1. Select eGift Card as a payment method (if using Self-Checkout, this will be under 'More payment methods').
2. If your eGift Card has a barcode:
3. Select 'Scan Barcode' and scan your eGift Card barcode at the register (not on the Access Code Pad).
4. Enter the 4-digit Access Code on the EFTPOS Access Code Pad.
5. If your eGift Card does not have a barcode:
6. Follow the instructions on the EFTPOS Access Code Pad.
7. Enter the 13-digit eGift Card number (in-store code) on the Access Code Pad, followed by the 4-digit Access Code.
8. Find your eGift Card barcode, in-store number, and Access Code in your email.

Online Redemption (Participating Online Stores only):

1. Select Gift Card as a payment option.
2. Enter the 19-digit card number and the 4-digit Access Code.
3. Ensure you select 'gift card' in the payment method step, not the 'promotion code' field.
4. Find your eGift Card Online number and Access Code in your email.

Useful Information:

• Check your balance here.
• If your purchase exceeds the eGift Card balance, pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
• Store your Gift Cards in the Everyday Rewards App for easier redemption and balance tracking.
• The Woolworths Money App also allows balance checks, even offline.
• Note: eGift Card Barcodes cannot be redeemed at participating fuel sites.
