Redemption Instructions

This gift card expires in 12 months.

Create an account through https://urban.co or on the Urban App (available on iPhone and Android). Enter your unique 13 digit code in order to redeem the value of your voucher against the treatment of your choice. Any remaining credit will stay in your account for 12 month(s), and will be applied to your next purchase.

You can also apply the gift code to your account before booking a treatment on our App. It is required that you add a payment method prior to redeeming a voucher, otherwise, it will not work.

1. On the app menu, select ‘wallet’
2. Select ‘Redeem Credit’
3. Enter your gift code in the box
4. Select ‘Redeem’
5. The relevant credit amount will be added to your account to use during your next booking

To do this on our website:

1. Login to your account
2. Select ‘My Account’ from the right-hand menu
3. Click Wallet
4. Enter the voucher code in the 'Right a Voucher Code or Referral Credit' section.
5. The relevant credit amount will be added to your account during your next booking
