If redeeming by phone, simply quote the Voucher Code and Pin number above when prompted. You can find phone numbers for all participating venues here.

If redeeming in person, simply show this eGift on your phone or tablet screen when prompted. The theatre can then scan or key in the details from the screen. You can also print this eGift out if you prefer.

Terms and Conditions

eGifts can be used to purchase tickets at any theatre participating in the Theatre Tokens scheme at the time of redemption (subject to ticket availability, booking fees may apply). eGifts cannot be transferred for value or redeemed or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using an eGift. eGifts cannot be used to purchase other eGifts, gift vouchers or Gift Cards. Theatre Tokens shall not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged eGifts, or if any eGift is used without your permission. Theatre Tokens is unable to replace an eGift if lost or stolen.
