Redemption Instructions

This gift card expires in 3 years.

The Tchibo Gift Card can be redeemed both online and in-store:

• Online: Enter the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN in the "Redeem gift card" section in your shopping cart before completing your order at tchibo.de.
• In-store: Present your physical or digital gift card at checkout.

You can use multiple gift cards per purchase both online and in-store.

Please note that Tchibo gift cards can only be used in Tchibo stores across Germany or at tchibo.de for Tchibo coffee and consumer goods. Exclusions apply for travel, flowers, mobile services, fitness products, and partner promotions.

Terms and Conditions

Treat your gift card like cash—Tchibo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Gift cards can be partially redeemed, with any remaining balance stored on the card for future use. For online purchases, only the total gift card value can be applied per transaction. If you return an order paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be added to your customer account for future use.
