Redeeming your SOMA Gift Card or eGift Card is a seamless process. For in-store transactions, present your eGift Card number and PIN to the Store sales associate. If shopping online, enter the Gift Card and PIN found on your eGift Card number and PIN during the checkout process on soma.com. Your available balance will be automatically adjusted, covering the purchase amount, shipping/handling fees, and applicable sales tax.
Monitor your Soma eGift Card balance conveniently online at soma.com or by contacting Customer Service at 866-768-7662. Please note that Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and eGift Cards can be redeemed for cash when the balance is less than $10.
Remember, any merchandise bought with a SOMA eGift Card is subject to the SOMA Return Policy, available on soma.com. If you return items purchased using your eGift Card, any refund will be issued in the form of a SOMA merchandise return card.
