How to Redeem Your River Island Gift Card:

Online Redemption:

1. Visit River Island.
2. Enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN at the payment page of the online checkout.
3. Up to five Gift Cards can be redeemed in one transaction.
4. If your Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the total cost (including delivery), use another payment method to cover the remaining amount.

In-Store Redemption:

1. Present your Physical Gift Card, a copy of your Digital Gift Card email, or the electronic version of the Digital Gift Card on your mobile device to the cashier at the till point.
2. Redeemable in all River Island stores in the UK (excluding Selfridges and Voisins), Republic of Ireland, and the Isle of Man.

Checking Your Balance:

• Check your Gift Card balance in-store or online.

Terms and Conditions

• Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the last credit, debit, or balance enquiry transaction.
• Gift Cards with a zero balance will expire after 30 days.
• Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with legal statutory rights.
• Treat Gift Cards like cash; they will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.
• If your Gift Card expires with a remaining balance, contact customer services at +44 (0) 344 576 6444 or email [email protected] to request re-issuing the balance onto a new Gift Card, subject to security checks.
