• Once activated, the card can typically be used within 24 hours.
• The card balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift card can be used for any goods or services, including rental equipment, in OBI stores. It cannot be used for online orders or at concessionaires (e.g., bakeries, ATMs).
• The card is not personalized and is freely transferable. The holder is deemed authorised to redeem it.
• OBI is not liable for loss, damage, destruction, misuse, theft, or other losses. Replacement or blocking of cards is not possible.
• Once activated, the card cannot be recharged.
