Terms and Conditions

• The card is valid only after activation and can be loaded with an amount between €15 and €150 at the time of purchase.
• It can be used across all Monoprix store areas (excluding specific services such as delivery, alterations, shoe repair, catering, flower stands, etc.) and at Monop’ Beauty.
• The card can be used multiple times up to its value, with the option to supplement payments using other methods.
• Valid for 1 year from the activation date.
• It cannot be exchanged, resold, refunded (even partially), credited to an account, or used for discounts.
• The card cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or expiry.
