How to Redeem Your Macy's Gift Card

Online Redemption:

1. Go to macys.com and shop for your desired items.
2. During checkout, input your gift card information in the "Apply Gift Cards" section.
3. Select the "Apply Gift Card" button to apply the balance to your purchase.

In-Store Redemption:

1. Print your eGift Card and present it to the cashier at the time of purchase.
2. Note: Macy's does not currently support mobile redemption; printed eGift Cards are required in-store.

Additional Information:

You can load up to $2000 onto a gift card in a single day, including purchasing additional value and/or adding returns to the card.

• This card is redeemable only for merchandise and in-store services at Macy’s, Macy’s Backstage, Market by Macy’s, and macys.com (U.S. only).
• It cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied as payment or credit to any credit card account.
• Macy’s reserves the right to decline cards from unauthorized sellers, including auction sites. This card may be placed on hold or rejected if fraud is suspected.
• Protect this card; you are responsible if it is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on our records.
• This card is issued by Macy’s Retail Holdings, LLC and is required for all inquiries.
• Never share your gift card number or 4-digit security code with someone you don’t know.
