• In-Venue or Online: Redeem your e-gift card or physical gift card at any Kingpin location or on the website.
• Reservations: Reserve activities online or contact Kingpin directly at 1300 814 214 and use your gift card as your payment method during your visit.

Terms and Conditions

• The gift card balance is redeemable for goods and services at Kingpin, Zone Bowling, and Timezone venues within Australia only.
• Treat this card like cash; lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• The card is non-reloadable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The card expires 36 months from the issue date, and any remaining balance will be forfeited after expiry.
• If a purchase exceeds the available balance, another payment method must be used to cover the difference.
• Cardholders are responsible for transactions unless there is fraud or negligence by Kingpin or its employees.
• The supply of gift cards is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
