This gift card expires in 2 years.

GO Points can be redeemed on any brand available in our range, excluding the purchase of additional GO Points cards. Simply add them during checkout to pay for all or part of your order.

To redeem your GO Points card, access your user dashboard at https://giftoff.com/dashboard. Click on "Redeem your GO Points" and enter the gift card code. The points will be added to your total balance, visible in your dashboard. Once redeemed, GO Points expire after 1 year.

To use your redeemed GO Points, make a purchase on Gift Off and apply your points during checkout to receive a discount or fully cover your gift card order.

Please note:

• GO Points gift cards purchased before 02/11/2020 do not expire.
• There is no limit to the number of GO Points gift cards you can purchase.

Terms and Conditions

Before purchasing or using a GO Points gift card, carefully review the terms outlined below. By using an E-Gift Card, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms periodically, so please check back regularly. These terms and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the English courts.

• For registered Gift Off customers, placing an order for GO Points gift cards is subject to a minimum value requirement. Gift Off reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion, including those deemed fraudulent.
• The GO Points Gift Card balance can only be redeemed to your Gift Off account at https://giftoff.com/ and used for purchasing any available gift card on the platform. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's GO Points balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
• GO Points gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes. Unused balances cannot be transferred to another Gift Off account.
• To check your GO Points gift card balance, visit your user dashboard at https://giftoff.com/dashboard.
• We reserve the right to change or limit which gift cards can be purchased using GO Points at any time.
• Unredeemed GO Points gift cards expire after 2 years from the date of purchase. Sale of GO Points gift cards is final and cannot be canceled or returned.
• The risk of loss and title for GO Points gift cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission or delivery to the designated recipient. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• If a fraudulently obtained GO Points gift card is redeemed, we reserve the right to close customer accounts and seek payment through alternative means.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to GO Points gift cards. In the event of non-functionality, your sole remedy and our sole liability will be the replacement of the gift card.
• The complete Gift Off terms and conditions apply, and we reserve the right to update these terms as necessary.
