This gift card does not expire.

The Gift Cards are subject to limitations on use. The Gift Cards not redeemable or usable (a) to purchase another Gift Card, (b) to make payment towards previously purchased merchandise, (c) at merchants other than Etsy.com, (d) at Etsy shops that do not accept gift cards as a payment method, (d) to pay Seller fees on Etsy.com, or (e) for prohibited items under Etsy’s prohibited items policy. The Gift Card cannot be used in an illegal transaction. The Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Cancellation has to be before redemption. Once the gift card is redeemed into a user's account on Etsy, it cannot be canceled.
