Redemption Instructions

This gift card expires in 5 years.

In-store: Present the gift card on your mobile device or as a printout at checkout in any Douglas store across Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

Online:

1. Visit www.douglas.de and add your desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the 17-digit gift card number in the "Redeem voucher or discount code" field and click "Redeem."
3. A new window will open where you can securely enter the 4-digit PIN and image code.
4. The voucher value will be credited to your purchase.

You can redeem up to three gift cards per online order. To check your card balance, visit Douglas Gift Card Balance.
