Online:

1. Enter the 16-digit voucher number and the four-digit PIN code in your MyDECATHLON account under "My settings > Vouchers and payment methods".
2. You can find the voucher number directly under the barcode on the voucher and the PIN code in a separate field.
3. During the second step of the ordering process in the shopping cart, select the gift card as the payment method.
4. If the amount on the gift card fully covers the purchase value, you can complete your order directly.
5. If the gift card does not cover the total amount, select another payment method for the remaining balance.
6. Confirm the payment (e.g., with PayPal) and ensure the amount is correct before completing the transaction.

In-Store:

• Present the gift card at the checkout in any DECATHLON store in Germany.

Note: You can redeem a maximum of 10 gift cards per order.

Terms and Conditions

• Redeemable for one or more purchases in all DECATHLON stores in Germany and on decathlon.de.
• Partial or full payment of the (residual) value is excluded.
• No interest accrues on the card.
• No compensation is provided in case of loss or theft.
• Gift cards cannot be credited/redeemed retroactively. If your gift card has not been credited, cancel the order and try again.
• Orders with items from partner Lascana cannot currently be credited with vouchers.
