Terms and Conditions

• Your gift card is a multi-purpose voucher and functions like cash. Anyone presenting the card is considered authorized to use it.
• The card is transferable and allows partial redemption. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card.
• The gift card is valid for 36 months after activation. After this period, it will expire.
• Return or cash redemption of the gift card is not possible.
• No interest is accrued on the card's balance.
• Conrad is not liable if the gift card is lost or damaged.
• The card balance and terms and conditions can be checked at Conrad branches or online at conrad.de.
• A maximum of 10 gift cards or gift cards with a total value of up to €500 can be used for a single order.
