Redemption Instructions

This gift card does not expire.

To redeem your eGift Card in store:

1. Select eGift Card as a payment method (if you are using the Self-Checkout, this will be under 'More payment methods')
2. If your eGift Card has a barcode*:
3. Select 'Scan Barcode' and scan your eGift Card barcode at the register (not on the Access Code Pad)
4. Enter the 4 digit Access Code on the EFTPOS Access Code Pad
5. If your eGift Card does not have a barcode:
6. Follow the instructions on the EFTPOS Access Code Pad
7. Enter the 13 digit eGift Card number (also called in-store code) on the Access Code Pad, followed by the 4 digit Access Code.
8. You can find your eGift Card barcode, in-store number and Access Code on your email

To redeem your eGift Card online (Participating Online Stores only):

1. Select Gift Card as a payment option
2. Enter the 19 digit card number, as well as the 4 digit Access Code
3. Please ensure you select 'gift card' in the payment method step, rather than enter the Gift Card into a 'promotion code' field
4. You can find your eGift Card Online number and Access Code on your email
5. Important: If your in-store or online purchase total exceeds the available balance of your Gift Card or eGift Card, you are required to then pay the difference by other accepted mean, such as cash, your Debit or Credit Card or other Gift Card with enough balance.

You can store your Gift Cards in the Everyday Rewards App for easier redemption. The Everyday Rewards App allows you to access your Gift Cards number, access code, and remaining balance. The Woolworths Money App allows you to access your Gift Cards number and access code, as well as the remaining balance even when you don’t have access to the internet.

*eGift Card Barcodes can not be redeemed at participating fuel sites.
