Please note this eGift card can be used In-Store Only, not online for this respective retailer. eGifts vouchers must be redeemed in full and are valid for one use only, any unused credit balance will be forfeited. A minimum of 7-day advance booking is required. eGifts vouchers can only be used for reservations booked via email at [email protected] or by calling 13 86 42. Redemption of eGifts vouchers will be done upon check-out. eGifts vouchers should be quoted upon reservation and the voucher code presented upon arrival. Credit card details are still required upon booking to confirm the reservation. No charges will be processed upon booking. eGifts vouchers can be used at participating hotels in Australia.

Reservations must be made in advance by contacting [email protected] and quoting the Gift Voucher reference number. eGifts vouchers are valid at participating hotels and outlets in Australia only. eGifts vouchers are valid for the period stated only. Extensions and refunds are strictly not allowed. Please note that eGifts vouchers are non-transferable to others. Please quote your eGifts voucher number when making the booking. eGifts vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Multiple eGifts vouchers may be used per stay. eGifts vouchers must be redeemed in full and are valid for one use only, any unused credit balance will be forfeited. The amount consumed in excess of the stated value is to be borne by the gift voucher holder and must be settled in full at the time of the gift voucher's redemption.
