Using your Accor Australia Gift Card is easy:
- Choose Your Destination: Visit our participating hotels list and select the hotel you wish to stay at.
- Book Your Stay: Call the hotel directly and inform them you wish to use your Gift Card.
- Confirm Your Booking: Confirm your rate and booking details. Remember to bring your physical Accor Gift Card with you.
- Check-In and Payment: Present your Gift Card at Reception upon check-in to confirm its value and validity. Use it again at check-out to make full or partial payment on your room account.
Your Accor Gift Card can be used multiple times at different properties within the validity period until the balance reaches zero. Note: Participating hotels may change, and certain brands like ibis budget and Formule 1 are excluded. Please refer to the participating hotels page for the most current list.
Terms and Conditions
- The Accor Gift Card is valid only at participating hotels, resorts, and apartments in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
- It can be used for accommodation (publicly available rates apply), food and beverage consumed in the restaurant, mini-bar, in-room dining, etc., while staying at a participating Accor property.
- The card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for vouchers in other regions.
